By partnering with industry key players, Cableteque helps OEMs focus on the interconnect's purpose while reducing the risk of costly mistakes and delays in the product design cycle.Role OverviewWe are seeking aSenior AI/ML Software Engineerto join our globally distributed team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of machine learning pipelines and AI-driven solutions that power next-generation interconnect design tools. You will work across both back-end and front-end systems to deliver robust, scalable, and intelligent software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deployAI/ML models ,data pipelines , andintelligent analyticsfor the PIA platform.Architect and optimizeend-to-end ML workflows , including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.Work closely with CAD, data, and product teams to integrate ML-driven decision systems into engineering workflows.Develop and maintain high-performanceback-end systemsinPython 3using frameworks likeFastAPI andJava (Spring Boot).Contribute tofront-end developmentinReactfor data visualization and interactive ML insights.ApplyMLOps practicesfor versioning, testing, and deployment (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker).Ensure software scalability and reliability acrosscloud environments(AWS, GCP, Azure).Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and cross-functional technical planning.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degreeinComputer Science ,Artificial Intelligence ,Software Engineering , or a related field.5+ yearsof professional software engineering experience, with at least3 yearsfocused onAI/ML development .Proficiency inPython 3and libraries such asNumPy ,Pandas ,Scikit-learn , andPyTorchorTensorFlow .Hands-on experience withdeep learning frameworks(e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras).Strong knowledge ofmachine learning algorithms , including:Supervised and unsupervised learningFeature engineering and dimensionality reductionModel optimization and hyperparameter tuningEnsemble methods (e.g., Gradient Boosting, Random Forests)Familiarity withdata preprocessing ,feature pipelines , anddata versioning tools(e.g., DVC, Delta Lake).Experience implementingML models in production , including model monitoring and retraining pipelines.Understanding ofneural network architectures(e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) andembedding-based models .Experience withvector databasesandretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)is a plus.Experience withcloud AI services(AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) andcontainerization(Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity withMLOps and CI/CD pipelinesfor ML systems.Excellentanalytical and problem-solvingskills.StrongEnglish communicationskills for effective collaboration in a global environment.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a distributed team.The candidates will be required to complete an assignment as a prerequisite for the interview.Good luck
