Job Description:
• 4-7 years working as a database developer working with PostgreSQL
• Expert Level SQL, PL/pgSQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON.
• Ability to efficiently write database code without compromising data quality, privacy or security.
• Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Company information:
 Our client is a company based out of Bahrain with offices in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.
 The company possesses the largest database on real estate for the GCC countries and serves more than 100 clients that are all the large real estate companies, financial institutions and investment banks.
 They have created a GIS-oriented database of close to 2.5 million properties in five major cities in the GCC region. Data is collected through field surveys on all types of properties with their operational parameters and hundreds of features and attached to the system with its location. This enables highly granular analysis of property features and performance for any location that produces very actionable research.
 They are engaged by their clients to undertake best-use analysis and project feasibility studies on real estate projects such as retail malls, mixed-use properties, residential complexes, hospitality, etc. These research reports are highly scientific in nature and our clients make real business decisions based on our research.
