Key Responsibilities includes:> Assist the senior team in preparation of feasibility studies, performance reports etc.;> Conduct Industry and Market Research to aid in client presentations and advisory mandates;> Assist in preparing client deliverables and presentation; > Staying Updated with regulatory changes, industry trends and financial reporting standards.Semi Qualified's who has completed article ship and are working as paid assistants> Decent article ship experience, preferably in a mid sized or large CA firm;> Basic Knowledge on Financial Statements, accounting standards and taxation concepts;> Experience in handling accounting tools like Tally, ERP, Zoho etc.;> Proficient in MS Office;> Hands on experience in accounting/compliance domain in VC Firms or AIF will be an added advantage.
