Job Description

Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
  • Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC – S/4HANA SD and CS modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
  • Knowledge about the integration of SAP ECC – S/4HANA with SAP Commerce and Service cloud, SAP FSM , SAP CPQ an asset.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.

Requirements
Gestion des Autorisations SAP : Créer les nouveaux profils utilisateurs en alignement avec les besoins métier. Analyser et mettre à jour les attributions de profils pour les comptes utilisateurs existants. Suivre les mouvements internes du personnel en coordonnant avec les responsables pour garantir la pertinence des accès. Maintenir et adapter le modèle de profils en fonction des évolutions du paysage (ECC, migration vers S4, interactions avec BW4). Résoudre les incidents liés aux autorisations en effectuant des analyses détaillées. Assurer la conformité des comptes utilisateurs via des activités opérationnelles du SoC et des corrections des pratiques non conformes. Participer activement aux campagnes d'audit en révisant les comptes utilisateurs. Assistance Technique : Gérer les comptes et les profils SAP sur les différents paysages existants (ECC, S4, interactions avec BW4). Revoir les attributions de profils dans le cadre des déploiements de projets et des évolutions des droits. Détenir des compétences technico-fonctionnelles multi-module de SAP (SAP Hana et IDM/CUA sont des atouts). Apporter une assistance pour les correctifs et les améliorations des profils, ainsi que pour leur mise en œuvre fonctionnelle. Identifier les nouveaux contrôles nécessaires et proposer des règles de gestion menant à l'automatisation des droits. Documenter toutes les activités nécessaires pour le passage des projets en mode maintenance.
