One of our Fintech Client in Hyderabad is hiring Senior Product Manager ( Collections Charter )
Location : Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities
Own the collections charter , and metrics and define the long-term vision and roadmap for it.
Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product/ feature differentiation and improvement
Collaborate with engineering, AI, risk, BI, collections, data, finops, and other product teams to build products/solutions that are loved, define high-quality specifications, ensure development is on track, and define the timely impact of launches.
Drive data-based decisions and strategies.
Collaborate with architecture teams to improve overall software design
Launch Go-to-market of product/features with internal stakeholders
Monitor shared services performance and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
Experience/Skills
Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, and have deep knowledge of risk management, collection operations, and collection tech
Have the ability to communicate to various stakeholders about the product vision, and path to solutions, showcase outcomes and results
Have the capability of interpreting data and insights, diagnosing problem statements, and recommending effective plans of action for resolutions
Creative problem-solving approach with deep curiosity about our business and product
Be strong at collaboration, communicating ideas in clear, coherent language, and remaining adaptable to new ideas and solutions.
Should be able to operate in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder and high-stakes environment
Should be able to reflect personally and professionally and make improvements towards developing individual and product skills.
