We are known for transforming underperforming homes into thriving, person-centred environments where residents flourish, teams feel valued, and innovation drives every part of what we do.As we continue to expand across the UK, we are looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist based in Mumbai to help us attract, engage, and onboard exceptional people into our growing team.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a values-led organisation making a genuine difference in people’s lives.You will play a key role in supporting UK-based recruitment from our Mumbai office, helping us source, screen, and coordinate candidates across care, operations, and support roles.You will work closely with our UK Recruitment Manager and People Team to ensure every candidate receives a professional, engaging, and human recruitment experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across our UK care homes and central support teams.- Proactively source candidates through job boards, Linked In Recruiter, social media, and talent databases.- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.- Coordinate interview scheduling with UK managers, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals and support staff.- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in our ATS or internal systems.- Work closely with the UK People Team to support offer letters, onboarding coordination, and compliance.- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns that reflect Kara’s values and mission.- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, hospitality, or service-driven sectors.- Strong sourcing and screening skills using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).- Confident working independently and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.- A collaborative, proactive, and people-first approach to recruitment.- Experience working with UK or international clients (desirable but not essential).Why Join Kara Healthcare?- Be part of a purpose-driven, award-winning UK organisation making a real difference in the care sector.- Work with a supportive, forward-thinking international team.- Opportunity to grow your career in global recruitment and talent operations.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Training and development through the Kara Training Academy.✨ If you are a passionate recruiter who thrives on connecting great people with meaningful work — and you want to be part of a growing international success story — we would love to hear from you.
