It offers strategic consulting, digital architecture, and sector-specific solutions across areas like transport, water, justice, and finance. The team enables large-scale e-Governance, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and citizen experience. > >About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Expert to support municipal finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within the context of urban governance and municipal bodies. > >Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic financial advice and support to municipal bodies. Assist in the preparation and review of municipal budgets, financial statements, and audit reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support the implementation of financial reforms and capacity-building initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop financial models and tools to enhance decision-making processes. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of municipal projects. > >Required Qualifications & Experience: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Municipal Finance . > >Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of municipal finance systems and public financial management. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with government financial regulations and urban development frameworks.
