With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka , AWS , and exposure to React . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable backend systems, working with event-driven architectures, and integrating with cloud and frontend technologies.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Java (Spring Boot) .Implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka .Design and build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend layers (React).Deploy and maintain backend components on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.).Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams for seamless system integration.Write clean, testable, and scalable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system debugging.Work in Agile/Scrum-based environments.Mandatory Skills✔ Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot✔ Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producer/consumer, stream processing)✔ Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM)✔ Exposure to or collaboration experience with React (frontend integration)✔ RESTful API development and integration✔ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)✔ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Agile methodologies✔ Basic understanding of containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:You have less than 8 years or more than 12 years of experienceYou do not have Kafka hands-on experienceYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are looking for remote-only roles (this is Hybrid in Pune )You come from a non-Java background (e.g., testing, support, unrelated tech)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
