This role is ideal for someone with strong lead generation expertise, deep knowledge of email marketing automation tools, and excellent English communication skills. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and result in qualified meetings with decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research & Prospecting- Identify and qualify leads using platforms like Linked In, Apollo, Zoom Info, Crunchbase, and other tools- Segment leads by niche, geography, industry, and decision-maker profiles✉️ Email Campaign Execution- Create and manage outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar- Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, reply rate) and optimize continuouslyStrategy & Copywriting- Develop high-converting cold email sequences tailored to EPixel Soft’s core services- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define targeting strategy by industry (Fintech, Saa S, Healthcare, Ed Tech)- Write personalized, value-driven messages that resonate with CXOs, Founders, and VPsAppointment Setting- Drive prospect engagement with the end goal of booking qualified discovery meetings- Ensure proper CRM tagging and follow-up for warm leadsWho You Are✔️ 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing / outbound sales campaigns / B2 B lead generation✔️ Bachelor's degree in any discipline✔️ Excellent written and spoken English communication✔️ Strong understanding of ICP creation, campaign tracking, A/B testing, and inbox warm-up techniques✔️ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive is a plusWhat We Offer- Attractive Salary (Based on experience & skills)- Performance-Based Incentives- Health Insurance Coverage- Exposure to international clients and cutting-edge technologies- Freedom to explore and experiment with marketing innovations- Work closely with leadership and shape marketing strategies from ground-upReady to Join Us?If you’re passionate about crafting impactful email campaigns, converting cold leads into warm opportunities, and working in a fast-paced tech environment, we want to hear from you
