Job Description:

We are looking for a Videographer to join our digital team At Agriplast As a videographer, you will be the heart and soul behind the Agritalkshow Podcast production and our other digital channels. The Job will also involve traveling to different farms across the country to shoot educational content and content relevant to drive company growth and marketing.

You will also assist and guide the editing team in the post production of the raw footage into edited files.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage End-to-End Production of Podcasts:

  • Oversee the entire production process of podcasts, including studio setup, set design, camera, light, and audio setup.

2) Field Shoots:

  • Conduct field shoots for the company channels in and around the city and different parts of the country as required.

3) Asset Management:

  • Manage all video and photo assets of the company safely and securely in a single location.

4) Performance Review & Tracker:

  • Closely review the performance of all video content on different platforms and analyze data to improve content performance.

5) Team Management:

  • Lead and manage future production teams.

6) Collaborate

  • Collaborate with the video editing team to create videos that align with strong brand guidelines.

Eligibility:

  • Should have an understanding of how to operate DSLR cameras and lenses, including factors like ISO, shutter speed, white balance, aperture, etc. ( Sony camera experience is preferred )
  • Should understand how content works on different platforms and be driven by content performance.
  • Should have an understanding of light and sound.
  • Must be willing to work on-site and be comfortable with travel.
  • Must know how to use and operate a gimbal

Qualifications:

  • Warrior mindset.
  • Passion for content.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience.
  • Any relevant degree in film or media is a bonus.
  • Must have the ability to also edit videos
