And if you’re like us, we can offer you the kind of challenge that will light a fire within you.So, what’s the role all about?We are looking for a strong DevOps Engineer to work with R&D DevOps teams, Cloud DevOps and LOBs. Managing hybrid-multi cloud environment, infra & DevOps solutions. The Engineer will work with Israel and Pune RnD Team as well as other support teams across the Globe.As an DevOps engineer you will be working with the DevOps reps (internally and externally), R&D engineers and IT specialists to gather requirements, architect, design and implement AWS architecture references that meets our customers’ requirements, with best practices in mind.How will you make an impact?Lead the design and implementation of DevOps strategies and solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standardsArchitect, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processesDrive the adoption and integration of DevOps tools and practices across the organizationCollaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure seamless deployment and release managementDesign and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectivenessImplement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructureLead efforts to improve security posture by implementing best practices for code security, access control, and complianceProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in DevOps and cloud computingHave you got what it takes?8-10 years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a proven track record of designing and implementing DevOps solutionsStrong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CDProficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShellExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like KubernetesIn-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including services like EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Azure DevOpsDeep understanding of Maven build automation tool, including configuring and managing projects, dependencies, and plugins effectivelyHands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and PuppetFamiliarity with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or SplunkStrong understanding of networking, security principles, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environmentWhat’s in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment As the market leader, every day at NICE is a chance to learn and grow, and there are endless internal career opportunities across multiple roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.
