Who we are
Presolv360 is a technology platform specializing in online dispute resolution ('ODR'). We facilitate quick and effective out-of-court resolution of disputes while drastically reducing the costs and resources involved in resolving them.
The Founders and the team are driven by the vision, 'digital access to justice for all' and are backed by a remarkable set of investors. We are one of the only ODR platforms to be empaneled by a High Court in the country. We have also been incubated by India's leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

What You'll Do
● Build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs.
● Participate in architectural discussions to design robust and efficient systems.
● Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
● Ensure backend services are scalable, available, reliable, and fault-tolerant.
● Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver features.
● Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and high-quality releases.
● Provide technical support by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and addressing product-related issues.
● Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in development, staging, and production environments.
● Optimize system performance and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
● Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Skills/Qualifications
● 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
● Proficiency in Java and Node.js; experience with both is a plus.
● Experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot (Java), Express.js, and NestJS (Node.js).
● Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
● Experience working with event-driven system principles and tools like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
● Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
● Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
● Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Interview Rounds
1. Screening Round (Online): An initial discussion to evaluate the candidate's resume, technical background, and alignment with the role's requirements.
2. Hiring Manager Round (Exploratory Call - Online): A detailed conversation about the candidate's past experiences, problem-solving approach, and fit with team and organizational objectives.
3. Take-Home Assignment: A focused task to assess design thinking, algorithmic problem-solving, coding standards, and low-level design (LLD) skills.
4. Technical Round (In-Office): A hands-on session to evaluate real-time coding, debugging, low-level design (LLD), high-level design (HLD), architectural patterns, trade-offs, and general technical discussion. This also includes a detailed review of the take-home assignment to understand the candidate's approach and thought process.
5. Cultural Fit Round (In-Office): A final round to assess the candidate's alignment with the company's values, work culture, and team collaboration.
