We’re Hiring: Senior Accounts Receivable Lead / Manager / SMEBangalore (Onsite) |Night Shift – US Client CoverageCalpion Inc. | calpion.comAbout CalpionCalpion is an 18-year-old, Dallas-headquartered technology company offering advanced solutions in AI, ML, enterprise applications, RPA, cloud services, Salesforce consulting, and customized invoice management systems.We also provide automated, bot-driven medical billing services and a Salesforce-based healthcare practice management platform with e-statements and integrated payment capabilities.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Accounts Receivable Lead / Manager / SME to join our Finance team as an individual contributor.The ideal candidate brings deep AR expertise in a US client environment, excels in reducing DSO and bad debts, and can confidently manage client communication and internal cross-functional alignment.What You’ll Own- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable lifecycle for key US-based clients - Drive timely collections; proactively follow up on invoices and escalate issues diplomatically - Reduce DSO and bad debt as core KPIs - Build strong relationships with Sales, Client Success, BU Heads, and external client teams - Resolve billing disputes, clarify invoice details, and negotiate payment terms - Prepare and analyze AR aging reports, identify trends, and recommend actions - Track and present collection metrics to the SVP – Finance - Improve AR processes and support automation initiatives - Handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and assertiveness - Ensure strict compliance with financial policies and audit standardsWhat You Bring- 10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a B2B US client environment - Prior experience working night shifts and interacting with US-based clients - Strong ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills - High energy, self-motivation, and commitment to meeting aggressive targets - High integrity, professionalism, and organizational discipline - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and AR tracking toolsKey Attributes- Go-getter, results-oriented mindset - Diplomatic and confident communicator - Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence - Extreme ownership and accountabilityWhy Join Calpion?✨ Work with a dynamic, high-performing teamEngage directly with senior leadership & major global clientsPlay a strategic role in reducing debt exposure & improving cash flowGrow in a performance-driven, respectful, and empowering cultureInterested?
