Responsibilities :

SAP SD Implementation :

- Lead and manage SAP SD module implementation projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and project timelines.

- Design and configure the SAP SD module to meet specific business needs, including order management, pricing, billing, and shipping.

System Configuration and Customization :

- Perform detailed analysis of business processes and provide appropriate SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP SD module settings to optimize system performance.

- Develop and implement custom enhancements and user exits to improve functionality.

Integration Management :

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD module with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP) and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration points.

Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD module issues.

- Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

User Training and Documentation :

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and key stakeholders.

- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure smooth adoption.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD developments and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

- Lead initiatives to implement new features and functionalities to drive business value.

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of business processes in sales and distribution.

- Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization.

- Experience in integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as required.
