We are currently seeking a Guidewire Policy Center Technical Lead to join our team in HYDERABAD, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Role - Guidewire Policy Center Developer Location- PAN India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune and Chennai) Notice Period- 60 Days (Required overlap with EST timings till Noon) Responsibilities Design and implement solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite based on client requirements  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire Billing Center with enterprise applications Exposure working on multiple Billing Modes on Guidewire suite Leverage Guidewire provided Tools and accelerators to optimize system performance and streamline business workflow. Develop and maintain the Rating Module to ensure policy rating is intact with business requirement. Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Datadog to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Implement and manage the Guidewire APD to support product definition and lifecycle journey. Integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite with other enterprise applications to ensure data consistency and integrity across enterprise. Develop PCF and Gosu components to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the team to ensure adherence to defined guidewire standards. Contribute to continuously improve system architecture and design to enhance platform scalability and performance. Collaborate with business to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ability to mentor the team on application and technology. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center with Specialist/Ace certification. Proficiency in Guidewire Tools and accelerators . Experience with Rating, Splunk and Datadog. Strong understanding of Guidewire APD, Data Model and integration. Experience with PCF and Gosu development. Strong GW debugging and root cause analysis skills. Experience with GW minor version updates and performance tuning methods for GW applications. Good understanding of both configuration and integration concepts of GW. Experience with planning and deployments of various GW code components for sprint releases. Experience with identifying and fixing critical DBCC is a plus. Strong analytical and logical skills Strong communication and teamwork. Guidewire Certification on Cloud version of Policy Center.
