Overall Purpose of the JobTo ensure that the Finance process is managed in accordance with Expro Group Financial policy and procedures,in compliance with relevant local legislation jurisdictions and assist the organisation to determine and monitor itsfinancial health.Key Activities and Accountabilities1. Ensure that all financial transactions are undertaken in a timely manner and that there is full compliance withcompany policies, procedures and in line with legislative requirements.2. Assist in preparation of the month-end close to meet strict Group / Business Unit reporting deadlines3. Prepare or assist in the preparation of balance sheets, monthly reports including accruals, prepayments etc and, analysis the data and highlight any areas of concern4. May be responsible for preparing VAT returns, reconciling work in progress accounts5. Check data between systems to ensure accuracy and review any discrepancy to achieve full compliance6. May assist with debtor / cash management and fore casting7. Keep records up to date for audit purposed and assist with gathering information for auditors as required8. Ensure full compliance and approval as per company policies and ensure compliance with appropriatelegislation in place at time of action.9. Produce the required Management reports are per timetable and ensure accuracy. Any discrepancies investigateand discuss cause with related Management10. Liaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all aspects of finance processesand reporting is accurate, in compliance with company policies and procedures and in line with legislativerequirements.11. Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questionsand queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with thedocumentation to be processed.Job Knowledge and Qualifications1. Degree qualified in a recognised accounting qualification2. 4+ years practical experience within a Finance environment3. Proficient in using SAP or a similar Finance package4. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)Notice period: Immediate to two weeks joiners only apply.
