The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with experience in the real estate sector, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

:

- Candidate should be responsible for looking of electrical planning and design & review of Hospitality project (like 5 start rated Hotel).- Co-ordination with MEP / ID team for space planning, finalization of substation area etc.- Co-ordination with electrical consultant for finalization of SLD / electrical drawings for execution purpose.- Ability of budget preparation, control, value engineering as per the project condition.- Preparation of BOQ & BOM for electrical item.- Need to site visit as per requirement to review / audit the work quality.- Candidate should able to review the DBR & layout for electrical discipline- Candidate should able looking after the drawing, design review/ coordination with MEP team as well as electrical consultant of hotel project and Ready to Release GFC for respective project.
