Job Details
This role will be responsible for supporting the GTM strategy for Tanishq in international markets, through development & execution of online and offline campaigns. The key deliverables would include - a) assisting the Brand Manager in brand strategy & communication including planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns; b) conducting consumer & market research for inputs to the product and pricing strategy; c) working closely with the retail & product teams for fulfilling IBD specific needs in this category/market. The market in focus for the candidate will be Singapore and Bangladesh. In addition the person will also handle marketing efforts for USA in collaboration with the marketing+business SPOC based out of US and lend adequate support where required.

Marketing : Strategy Development : Market & Consumer Insights
1. Assist in undertaking marketing / customer research to understand the brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps and strengths and the development of the marketing calendar
2. Develop a deep understanding of the consumer along with market & competition insights for key IBD markets
3. Develop & execute regular consumer panels, surveys, FGDs etc.
4. Closely engage with Business Heads / Retail Heads, Agencies, Partners, and other internal teams to gain deeper understanding of markets
5. Recommend actionables/inputs for each of the identified consumer segments

Marketing : Brand management : Marketing plan and calendar
1. Assist in the development of the marketing brief aligned to the marketing strategy and participate in briefing the agencies for the development of the plan
2. Drive constant alignment with Merchandising calendars, design calendars and retail calendars to deliver marketing plans that are region optimised
3. Participate in the evaluation and finalisation of the marketing plan developed by the agencies
4. Identify and shortlist agencies/vendors based on their capability / offerings aligned to the business requirements

Marketing : Brand management : Campaign Management
1. Assist Brand Manager to develop & execute online and offline campaigns
2. Collaborate with internal stake holders & agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
3. Coordinate with the creative agencies in developing the Content direction & creative route for the campaign launch
4. Coordinate with the media, PR, and Influencer agencies for the execution & implementation of campaigns

1. Evaluate the performance of the marketing campaigns vis a vis the plan and recommend action planning and course corrections as required

Marketing : Brand Management: Retail Support
1. Coordination with the VM team as well as external agencies / vendors to develop meaningful Visual Merchandize (VM) material, with focus on aesthetics
