We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People and Transformation team. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Your work will help us deliver excellent service to our internal customers and candidates, ensuring every interaction is genuine and respectful. Permanent full-time role, based at our West Perth office Flexible working arrangements, including working from home We attend the office (or site) a minimum of three days per week About the role: Partnering with our hiring managers to fill vacancies with quality new starters Using innovative sourcing methods for critical roles and talent pooling for future needs Leverage our systems and technology to deliver a best-practice experience for candidates and hiring managers Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews, strict pre-employment compliance requirements, issuing contracts and onboarding Provide a high-quality, compassionate candidate experience through-out the recruitment process Supporting project initiatives and the evolution of our recruitment strategy About you: You enjoy the buzz of a varied role and working with high volumes. You will bring: Previous experience in internal recruitment Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency A continuous improvement mindset and customer-centric focus The ability to influence positive recruitment outcomes and build strong relationships with stakeholders Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field Willing to obtain a national police clearance and relevant vaccinations Working with Bethanie   At Bethanie, we are committed to being an employer of choice by creating a supportive and compassionate environment for our people and customers.
