Position: AVP – Lead Architect / Solution Lead (F&A)Experience: 12–16 YearsLocation: Noida / Hyderabad / BangaloreRole OverviewSeeking an experienced AVP-level Architecture Leader to drive solution design and modernization across Capture and Trace processes within the Finance & Accounting domain.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Capture & Trace platforms.- Define scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures on Azure/AWS/GCP.- Drive technical roadmap, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives.- Collaborate with business and client teams for requirement mapping and solution alignment.- Provide thought leadership on AI-driven automation, including Gen AI/Agentic AI adoption.- Guide engineering teams through design reviews, best practices, and delivery governance.Required Skills & Expertise- Strong experience in cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).- Hands-on expertise in Capture/Trace tools, OCR/ICR, workflow automation, and document intelligence.- Experience architecting solutions for Accounts Payable (AP) or broader F&A processes.- Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI for intelligent document processing.- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and security principles.- Ability to lead technical discussions with CXO-level stakeholders.Preferred Background- Candidates from F&A, BPM, Automation, or Enterprise Tech environments.- Experience working with global clients and large transformation programs.
