Our comprehensive product range includes flags, banners, promotional tents, table covers, and more, all aimed at enhancing brand visibility and impact.Why Choose AGAS Manufacturing Group?Customized Solutions: Tailored designs for flags, banners, and promotional itemsFlexible Orders: No-minimum-order policy for convenienceProfessional Design Services: In-house graphics team for impactful marketing materialsCompetitive Pricing: Cost-effective solutions with wholesale optionsOur Products:Flags: House flags, car flags, national flags, military flags, and moreBanners: Vinyl banners, feather flags, custom banners for businesses and organizationsPromotional Products: Toothpick flags, pop-up tents, table covers, and moreRole DescriptionThis position will support the Contracts Department in two key areas: Promoting existing state contracts for flags and banners to eligible government offices through targeted outreach and advertising.Managing bid opportunities, including researching solicitations, drafting compliant proposals, and coordinating submissions.This position requires a mix of relationship-building, sales initiative, and detail-oriented proposal development.Key Responsibilities:Promote existing state contracts to eligible government agencies, ensuring awareness of available products.Conduct outreach campaigns (email, phone, events) to generate new sales from government offices.Research and track upcoming bid opportunities across federal, state, and local levels.Prepare and submit competitive proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.Coordinate with production, design, and operations to ensure proposals reflect accurate capabilities and pricing.Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers and agency buyers.Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategy improvement.Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales/proposal reports.Required Qualifications: 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably with government clients.Strong understanding of government purchasing processes and bid procedures.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to manage multiple contracts, proposals, and deadlines simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Experience with state procurement systems and vendor portals.CRM experienceFamiliarity with GSA schedules or state master contracts.Knowledge of print, signage, or banner/flag manufacturing processes.Experience with marketing campaigns for B2 G (Business to Government).Graphic design skills for proposal visuals and outreach materials.This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys both sales and structured proposal writing. Success will come from effectively advertising existing state contracts while also driving new opportunities through competitive bid responses.
