We are hiring
Full Stack / Backend Developers
with strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, AWS
, and
Kafka
. As part of our dynamic engineering team, you will be instrumental in building scalable backend services and microservices, while collaborating with frontend teams for seamless full-stack integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using
    Java 8
    and
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Architect and implement
    microservices-based solutions
    .
  • Leverage
    AWS services
    (especially
    AWS Lambda
    ) for deployment, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop
    event-driven systems
    using
    Apache Kafka
    or
    RabbitMQ
    .
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate with
    AngularJS
    and other JavaScript-based technologies.
  • Ensure high
    performance, security, and scalability
    of applications.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , resolve
    production issues
    , and perform
    root cause analysis
    .
  • Follow
    Agile/Scrum
    practices and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in
    Java 8
    ,
    Spring Boot
    , and
    microservices architecture
    .
  • Strong experience with
    AWS
    services, especially
    Lambda
    ,
    S3
    ,
    EC2
    , etc.
  • Hands-on with
    Kafka
    or
    RabbitMQ
    for messaging/event streaming.
  • Solid understanding of
    JavaScript
    , especially in the context of backend-to-frontend integration.
  • Familiarity with
    AngularJS
    is a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on backend or full stack development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    development environments.
