Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying risks and issues.

- Coordinate with Agile teams to ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and tools.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.

- Utilize ITSM tools and practices to streamline service delivery and support operations.

- Implement Release Management processes and tooling to enable efficient and reliable software releases.

- Oversee Configuration Management processes to ensure consistency and integrity of software assets.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in data modeling and AI concepts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.

- Strong understanding of Agile concepts and processes, with experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Experience with Release Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and IT Service Management tools and practices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Configuration Management processes and tooling.

- Knowledge of data modeling and AI concepts is a plus.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications such as ITIL or Agile certifications are preferred.
