Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in below-
  • Experience and good understanding of full development lifecycle & ITIL framework
  • Ability to assess current process, identify improvement areas, and suggest appropriate technology solutions
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience of Implementation, Development and Support in Blue Yonder/JDA WMS platform
  • Candidate should have at least one Blue Yonder/JDA WMS implementation project experience.
  • Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PL/SQL, SQL Server and Performance Tuning
  • Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (Preferably Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS) , Jasper Reports, Nice Label, Pagebuilder and MOCA
  • Experienced in utilizing MOCA scripting language to develop custom functionalities, workflows, and interfaces within the WMS platform.
  • Knowledge on interfaces between Warehouse Management System and ERP/Host, Transportation Management System, Warehouse Labor Management, Merchandising Management System (Preferably Oracle RMS/Retek) and other 3rd party system that integrates with Warehouse Management System 
  • Able to Design, customize, configure and deploy Blue Yonder/JDA WMS solutions based on client requirements and business needs.
  • Experienced in Design. Develop, and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder/ JDA WMS and other enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), TMS (Transportation Management System), MMS (Merchandising Management System), OMS (Order Management System) etc. Ensure seamless data flow and process integration across systems.
  • Expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues related to Blue Yonder/JDA WMS implementation, Configuration, and integration. Collaboratively work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. 
  • Knowledge on integration between Warehouse Management System and Voice Picking Application/Material Handling/ASRS Systems
  • Good understanding of other Retail Supply Chain Peripherals applications i.e. Transportation/Logistics, Demand & Forecasting, Store Applications, Inventory Management system etc.
  • Sound knowledge in ITIL framework i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management, Continual Service improvement etc.
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues (Incident/Service Requests, problem tickets) in Blue Yonder/JDA WMS platform
