Minimum 3 Year Experience on Networking and ESG.
Should have knowledge of ITIL process. Should have knowledge of ESG configuration. Should have knowledge ESG Administration Should have done knowledge of managing security policies. Should have done knowledge of troubleshooting ESG issues. Able to performs Major Upgrade in SIEM tool. Perform initial analysis for known issues and provide the appropriate recommendations for closure. Should be able to provide end user support.
