Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Goa integrates manufacturing capacities for Laminate Tubes for Oral Care, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Markets & for injection moulded components for Tube Laminate Packaging.


Scope

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to help us make better business decisions using information from our available data bases (SAP, MFGPRO etc.) Your task is to gather and prepare data from multiple sources, run statistical analyses, and communicate your findings in a clear and objective way to a Global team.


Main activities

• Price update for direct material in SAP monthly /quarterly / yearly prices with coordination with buyers.

• Creation of new Info record of the direct material in SAP.

• Validating the vendor and material classification.

• Creating various reports (Spend, Price Comparison etc.) from Business objects/SAP through MS Excel and -or Power BI on daily/weekly/monthly bases to provide an overview of company's performance & track progress.

• Managing the database of Sustainability charters and other supplier documentation for all the Sites.

• Maintenance and updating of procedures related to various procurement tasks.

• Manage the cleansing of the data bases.


Accountability including KPIs

• Support the needs and objectives of the Purchasing organization and partner with stakeholders to provide analysis and reporting to support their needs.


Profile (Experience & qualifications)

• Qualification: Graduation in Commerce / Finance or any other Equivalent Degree.

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Purchasing with finance background and

• Experience in SAP.

• Experience in Global Business

• Knowledge of statistics and experience in Excel and Power BI

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Fluent in English.
