 Key Responsibilities:


Provide visionary leadership to promote the school's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications:


Master's degree in Education or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cambridge educational leadership roles, preferably in an international school setting.

Proven track record of successful academic leadership, curriculum development, and staff management.

Familiarity with Cambridge assessment standards and procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
