In this position you will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video) in order to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors. A strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and an ability to quickly understand and analyze data will allow you to succeed in this role.

In order to thrive in this role, you will need to be a strong team player and collaborate with the Growth Team.

Position: Paid Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:Planning and advertising campaigns on social media Ads based on the client’s objectives and goals.Monitoring the rhythm of the campaign and establishing different control points.Experience in Campaign Optimization (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc).Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from media planning to execution.Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Performance Max, Video, and App Install campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth.Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variable.Provide periodical PPC reports and present performance improvement plans.Develop and present reports on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.

Required Skills

2-5 years of experience in the field of SEM and PPC. (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads & Facebook Ads)Experience in growth strategies and media planning & brand UpliftPreferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related fieldDemonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.Good command over Google analytics 4, Tag Manager, search, ad campaigns & optimizations.Proficient communication skills, written and verbalProficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high- pressure environment.
