The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency.
- Staff Supervision & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Address guest concerns and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
- Financial & Budget Management:
- Assist in budget planning and cost control.
- Monitor expenses and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an operations or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in relevant software and operational tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
