Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Bangalore
HR recruiter will be responsible for the end to end hiring process at CARD91.The ideal candidate should have a strong background of hiring for IT and Non IT both, the person should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.Should have excellent organisational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, The HR recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring to get the best talent at CARD91.
Responsibilities & Duties
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process.
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests
Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
