Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Melhor Groups brand and marketing goals.
  • Create engaging, visually appealing, and high-performing content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) for posts, reels, and ads.
  • Manage and grow Melhor Groups presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging AI solutions for social media marketing.

Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, paid campaigns, and audience growth strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer collaborations, and online reputation management.
