Job Overview


We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Tendering Engineers / Estimate Engineers to join our team. As an Estimate Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the execution process for the project. This is a full -time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience required.


Qualifications and Skills


  1. BE or B-tech in Electrical Engineering .
  2. Proven experience in executing MEP works.
  3. Strong Knowledge of Construction techniques and practices.
  4. Excellent Leadership and Management Skills.
  5. Proficient in documentation and contract management.
  6. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of relevant software and technologies.


Responsibilities


  1. Overall marketing & tendering should take care on upcoming projects
  2. Coordinate and communicate with Project Stakeholders including clients & suppliers.
  3. Ensure that Projects are well in budget & timeline for execution.
  4. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including Manpower and Materials.
  5. Supervise and provide guidance to the execution team.
  6. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
  7. Monitor accurate Documentation, including Bills and Reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  9. Collaborate with the design and planning team team to optimize project execution.
  10. Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the execution process.
