Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at DCS Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PLC programming and possess a PLC technical certification. This is a full-time position located in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in PLC programming in an industrial setting.
• PLC technical certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and data analysis.
• Experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for electrical design.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC programs for machines and systems in an industrial setting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming and automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems into new and existing projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in PLC programming and automation.
• Conduct machine learning and data analysis to optimize PLC programs and improve system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on PLC programming and automation systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source and implement new PLC technologies.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to design and modify electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Job Description -

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.

Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software.

Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software and coding languages.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to travel when required.

-Meeting with clients to discuss their mechanical.

-Drawing electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.

-Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.

-HMI Programming and control panel designing

-Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation.

-Testing automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.

-Troubleshooting system errors.

-Overseeing the successful installation of PLC programs.

-Documenting development processes.

-Providing clients with technical support.

-Traveling to clients' locations.
