We are looking for an experienced and qualified Credit Analyst - Integrated Reporting, who can comprehend, assimilate, extract, analyze, interpret, standardize, structure and facilitate automation & transformation of financial and non-financial data of entities accessing capital and financial markets.
How is the career path?
An academically inclined person who is willing to upskill and cross-skill and grow as a client facing professional having ability to read, interpret, comprehend, summarize and present new developments in capital markets globally which is not limited to data analytics, sustainability, covenants and fundamental data automation & standardization. Building expertise on one core area with at least another one as a complimentary skill among few like fundamental data, fund analytics, sustainability metrics, bond & loan covenants, but need not be limited to them.
What will be the regular tasks?
Assignments in areas of credit related fundamental data extraction review and analysis, creation of taxonomies and templates while being an expert in financial data (IFRS, XBRL, GAAP), with good understanding of accounting, Bond & Loan covenants and standard line items with active interests in new reporting and disclosure structures
The candidate will also need to have ability to present and document new developments, comprehend new transitions and give it a structure, ability to compare and bring synergies between different existing frameworks having knowledge of quantum on different non-financial data (GRI, TCFD, UN-SDG)
Qualifications –
Advanced qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Environmental Studies, Law, Engineering or any other related disciplines or willing to upskill if from a different stream further pursuing charters like FRM, CFA, CAIA, CBCA, FMVA or other equivalents.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in non-banking sectors, such as manufacturing, retail, technology, and more.
Expectations –
Ability to work both independently and also as a team player depending on the project or assignment. Should have the proactive approach to update the milestones and key performance indicators along-with tangible data driven approach and measurable inputs. Strong adherence to culture & conduct. Corporate event participations including town halls and annual day or foundation day events. Master of acronyms and jargons but also with an ability to present and simplify for a non-expert. An attitude to “find a way and not an excuse”.
