Position Responsibilities
Data Management and Quality Control:
Conduct data quality check, verify the accuracy of the data, identify potential issues and recommend improvements and resolutions to achieve high quality data. Ensure data integrity by consistently executing data audits and validating questionable information with the HRBPs and requestors before entering the information into the system to avoid discrepancies. Perform thorough testing and analysis to ensure the accuracy of the data and configuration before deployment of projects of data uploads. Maintains the confidentiality and security of data.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to get all the requirements of the report and ensure that the status of the project is communicated. Collaborate with vendor if there are projects and issues that need resolution. Plan, evaluate and identify the deadline of projects and communicate the progress and completion to stakeholders. Serve as technical point-of-contact and collaborate with subject matter experts for system enhancements and system related issues.
Reporting and Process Improvement: Assist and deliver ad hoc reports in a timely manner. Build and update process documents. Propose, build and design automated reports in Cognos depending on the need of the customers. Recommend automation projects and identify effective process improvement.
System Maintenance and Enhancement: Ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner and provide guidance to the team on how issues can be fixed. Point of contact and support for upgrades, system enhancements, data migration, testing and other technical projects for HR Systems. Review and fix all feed errors from Costpoint, UKG Pro, Brassring, Orgplus, Active Directory, and other systems.
Performs tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience. Experience with global workforce and matrix organizational structure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers The candidate must be highly organized and must be able to collaborate with cross-functional groups Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs Assertive and must be able to communicate with people from all levels in the organization Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision Customer-orientedTravel Requirements
