Role Description

We are seeking

a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to -1. employee relations2. recruitment3. onboarding4. benefits administration5. performance managemen6. Salary and PayRol7. Attendance and Leave.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating a great employee experience.Responsibilities:1.

Talent Acquisition

: Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.2.

Employee Relations

: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.3.

Performance Management:

Administer performance review process, support managers in providing constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.4.

Benefits Administration

: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.5.

HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records.6.

Onboarding

: Develop and deliver onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.7.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.8.

HRIS

: Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS).9.

Policy Development:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.10.

Employee Engagement:

Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.* 2-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
