Job Overview
The Centre Expansion Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the organization by identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and assisting them in opening new centres under the company's brand. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to ensure smooth expansion operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients and investors interested in opening new centres.
- Present company's vision, services, and business model to prospective partners.
- Guide clients through the entire process of centre establishment – from initial discussion to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable locations and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, training, legal, etc.) to support new centre openings.
- Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, client relations, or expansion management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term business relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong market research and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with leadership qualities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
