We are looking for AI Assurance Lead. Role Objectives : Test & Validate the functionality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Expectations : Working closely with the development team to design test cases, execute test scenarios, and identify potential data-related issues in the AI models. Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of Gen AI products Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of data quality standards Responsibility : - Develop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of Gen AI models. - Analyse AI-generated outputs to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviour. - Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issues. - Document and communicate test results. Skills : - Experience in software testing and Test Automation, with a focus on data validation. - Familiarity with data quality standards and best practices. - Experience with ML, deep learning, Tensor Flow, Python, NLP. - Experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions. - Knowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation tool. - Experience in REST API development, No SQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
