As a global leader in international education, we are proud to enable world-class student experiences all around the world.Note- Study Reach is a sister concern company by AECC Global- Purpose of Application Advisor AustraliaThe Application Advisor Australia is responsible for managing the Application processes for Australian Universities and their relevant procedures to deliver a customer-focused service to our recruitment partners, universities, & institutions.Key Responsibilities:Collect the documents from students and process data/applications to admissions for all the applicants.Processing activities that may include but are not limited to quality checks and processing of applications to institutions, identifying case problems, and verification.Oversee the completion of all relevant forms, checklists, and supporting documents and ensure that all the information provided by the student is accurate and correct by verifying all documents.Make sure to provide reliable, friendly, and sincere customer service to all internal and external clients with a focus on professional, accurate, and timely responses.Maintaining a deep understanding of platform updates, new offerings, and admissions processes.At a certain time, may be required to train staff to enhance their understanding of admission processes to help them fulfill their roles to a high level.Performs any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager.Accurately maintain databases, organize, and maintain files and records, electronic and physical.About You:Experience Required:2+ years of experience in filing applications for students to foreign universities and colleges in Australia.Have industry knowledge and prior experience of minimum 4 years in end-to-end admissions process for various Australian & NZ universities in international student recruitment/higher educationIn-depth knowledge & understanding entry requirements, GTE and visa process for variousuniversitiesDetailed oriented, highly organised, proactive and enjoy problem solving.Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfullymeeting/exceeding targetsAbility to work productively within a team environment as well as independentlyConscientious with a strong desire to see things through to completionStrong desire for continuous personal developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbalUnderstanding of the requirements of various documents for the admission process for various courses for Diploma, Bachelor, Post-Graduation, and master’s degree in Australia.Experience having worked on the student visa application process for various countries such as Australia.Personal Attributes:Highly organized; able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a day-to-day basis.Flexible and adaptable to change.Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and follow prescribed processes, recognizing when to seek additional guidance from more experienced team members.A strong collaborator who works well with other teams in Admissions and the wider business.
