Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partnering

Business Vertical: Secured and Unsecured Lending Business

Location: Hubli/Bangalore.


Key Skills:


  • Experience in Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partnering, high preference will be given to the candidates currently handling recruitment in LAP/MLAP/ Home Loan.
  • Experience with full recruiting cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience in using Job Portals to proactively source candidates.
  • A keen understanding on the business requirements and collaboration with the stakeholders in the company.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up to date with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


Main Tasks & Areas of Responsibility


  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, including talent acquisition and headcount planning.
  • Monitor trends in employee turnover, performance and engagement to propose solutions.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with the long-term talent strategy in mind.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
  • Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Assess candidates' information, including resume, portfolios and references.
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews if possible.
  • Connect with the stakeholders to clear the interview of candidates and setting the interviewer expectations.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders.
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage and resolve employee related matters with professionalism.


Eligibility:


  • MBA in Human Resources Management.
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive TA & HRBP experience in LAP/MLAP/ Home Loan.
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
