The RoleAs a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter (APAC Recruitment), you will play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Front-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates.
- Vendor Management: Foster high-quality external partnerships by effectively managing recruitment vendors and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successful placements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Effective vendor management skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and efficient interactions with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work in specified geographies and time zones.
