Role DescriptionManager Consulting play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges and achieve their business objectives through strategic financial management and advice.
Responsibilities· Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and act as a trusted advisor· Project Leadership: Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations· Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and support. Delegate tasks effectively to achieve project goals· Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients· Strategic Planning: Assist clients in developing and implementing strategic financial plans aligned with their business objectives· Risk Management: Identify and analyze financial risks, providing recommendations for mitigating and managing these risks effectively· Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead or contribute to M&A projects, including due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration· Business Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve financial processes and operational efficiency within client organizations· Compliance and Regulatory Advisory: Stay current with financial regulations and provide guidance to clients on compliance issues· Communication: Effectively communicate complex financial concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders· Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations and industry standard
Qualification and Requirement· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting is mandatory· Certifications: Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar is also preferred· Experience: Few years of relevant experience in financial consulting or corporate finance, with a demonstrated track record of managing successful projects and teams· Client-Focused: A client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively· Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide innovative solutions· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with knowledge of the industries worked in and an understanding of business operations· Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner· Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs, project requirements, and industry trends· Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision remotely· Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to turn around things quickly· Commitment and flexibility to work to tight and demanding deadline· Willingness to travel as needed
