This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to convert tech capabilities into business impact.Experience: 5 years to 8 yearsRequirement: 1Location: Delhi NCRIndustry: IT Services, CRM, Cloud, Mobile & Web DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Cynoteck’s footprint in India- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closure- Represent Cynoteck’s offerings (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, mobile/web development) to enterprise clients- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions and proposals- Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue using CRM tools and analytics- Build strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners- Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leadsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales- Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue growth- Deep understanding of CRM, cloud platforms, and custom development services- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market conditions
