The Senior Workday Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the Workday platform, with a specific focus on Workday Studio developments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of Workday’s integration tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.How will you make an impact?Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and other Workday toolsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and build custom integrations and reports to meet business needs.Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations, ensuring they are up-to-date and perform optimallyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations and other Workday-related processesProvide technical support and expertise in Workday development/integration toolsParticipate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiativesTrain and mentor junior team members on Workday technical development and integration best practicesHave you got what it takes?BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree5 – 7 years of of hands-on experience in Workday technical development and integrationStrong understanding of Workday Financials and HCM modulesProficiency in: Workday StudioEIBWorkday Report WriterWorkday Calculated FieldsCore ConnectorsData TransformationWorkday RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service).Strong experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLTDesign, develop, and maintain complex integrations using Workday StudioExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issuesStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersWorkday certification(s) in Integration, Studio, or other relevant areas is preferredWhat’s in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment As the market leader, every day at NICE is a chance to learn and grow, and there are endless internal career opportunities across multiple roles, disciplines, domains, and locations.
