At Damensch, we're looking for a Junior Art Director to join our vibrant team and play a pivotalrole in our e-commerce endeavours. This is your chance to immerse yourself in a brand with adistinctive visual identity and contribute fresh, inventive ideas to bring it to life in exciting new ways.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Prioritize your workload, balancing creative thinking time with desired deadlinesEnsuring that all creative pieces follow brand guidelines, standards, and visual expectationsTaking time to understand the overall business strategy to produce creative that supportscompany goalsMaintain files in a structured and organized way so that all designers on the team canmanipulate and edit if needed.You will work on projects including presentations, flyers, banners, large-scale graphics fortradeshow booths, digital including social, web, and email, etc.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:Spearhead campaign ideation and execution, leveraging your creative vision to developcompelling visual concepts that resonate with our audience.Collaborate closely with the art production team to ensure the seamless execution ofhigh-quality campaign visuals, adhering to brand standards and creative excellence.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI tools and technologies, leveraging them toenhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign ideation and execution.Keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving social media landscape and marketingtrends, identifying opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the curve.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor’s degree in fine Art/ Design from a recognized university/college.Experience in managing a teamPrevious Art direction & campaign designing experience Portfolio look – Minimal and clean6-8 Years years of experience
