Position: Solution Architect - CCTV (Sr. Manager Level)

Salary offered: 6Lakhs - 8Lakhs

Location: Chennai

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Architect to understand the Technical Scope of Work and identify the required Hardware/OEM.Design the functional solution for CCTV deployments including storage and networking and oversee the project to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who must be able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture.Wed also like you to have hands-on experience on selection of proper hardware including cameras, NVR/DVR, storage, network design and materials, servers, video analytics, VMS software and be able to manage complex implementations.Your goal will be to ensure the selection of cost-effective and proper hardware/OEM, solution design, implementation and make it work properly.Responsibilities

Designing functional technology solutionsOverseeing project implementation and deliveryProviding technical leadership and support to CCTV field execution teamsUnderstand every project technical scope of work and define system specificationsPlan and design the structure of a technology solutionCommunicate system requirements to the implementation teamIdentify proper OEM and coordinate with OEM and the internal Business TeamEvaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methodsOversee assigned projects and provide guidance to team membersAssist with solving technical problems when they ariseEnsure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructureAddress technical concerns, ideas and suggestionsMonitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goalsRequirements and skills

Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project ManagerHands-on experience with surveillance solution design, deployment and maintenanceUnderstanding of strategic IT solutionsExperience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)Technical design and Customer facing skillsFamiliarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. VMS, Video Analytics and VMware)Excellent communication skills and Hindi speaking is mustProblem-solving aptitudeOrganizational and leadership skillsMSc/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldCertifications in CCTV/networking/storage/servers is mus
