We work on US tax returns pertaining to Corporates, Partnerships, Individual, one person companies and Trusts.Corporate/ Entities Income Taxes:Provide tax compliance services, including tax return preparation and taxable income computation.Specific Residences/ Global Incomes:Opportunity to work with US based clients to provide tax compliance services.Our team culture is open, collaborative and encourages team members to take initiative and seek on-the-job learning opportunities. By focusing on tools, functionalities, and automation, we continue to raise the bar on quality and deliver greater value to our clients.About the Role:As a US Tax Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our tax outsourcing services, specifically targeting CPA firms across the United States. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of tax professionals who are well-versed in U.S. business and individual tax regulations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to our clients.Responsibilities:➢ Review partnership tax returns➢ Oversee the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients➢ Develop relationships with staff➢ Ensure that Seniors and Staff are up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law➢ Provide both leadership and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff➢ Attentive participation in US Corporate Tax training modules and on the job trainings.➢ Able to prepare a simple, straight-forward Business or Individual Income Tax Return.➢ Preparation of form 1065 federal tax return and state tax returns➢ Thorough review of document and application of any changes in tax rates, tax laws for US tax return preparation➢ Ability to identify any technical issues on the engagements and bring it to the notice of the lead to reach the desired resolution➢ Able to
