Business Growth and Strategy Development:·
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to foster growth and increase the center's market share.·
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position AVGCI Academy as a leader in the AVGC industry.·
Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall center performance.·
Sales Team Management:·
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including Tele Executives and Tele Counsellors, to achieve and exceed sales targets.·
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies.·
Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team, ensuring they possess up-to-date industry knowledge and sales techniques.·
Marketing Team Oversight:·
Oversee the Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing teams, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies.·
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-impact campaigns that elevate brand awareness and generate leads.·
Evaluate marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.·
Competitor Analysis and Strategy Formulation:·
Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.·
Develop innovative strategies to differentiate AVGCI Academy from competitors, focusing on unique selling propositions and value-added services.·
Collaborate with the management team to align the center’s strategies with the overall objectives of AVGCI Academy.·
Stakeholder Management:·
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the Dilsukhnagar center.·
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and industry partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.·
Represent AVGCI Academy at industry events, workshops, and seminars, enhancing the brand's visibility and reputation.Qualifications:·
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.·
Proven experience in center or branch management, preferably in the education, training, or related sector.·
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.·
Excellent understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and competitive analysis.·
Ability to think strategically, with a strong focus on innovation, growth, and profitability.·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.·
