Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using the .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in .NET development, with expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
  • Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
