Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, doctors, therapists, etc.).Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a database of healthcare professionals for current and future job openings.Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and expectations.Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.Keep track of candidates' application status and provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related fields).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using job portals and social media platforms.Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.Good organizational and follow-up skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
